If our group sessions won’t fit in your schedule you can always get yourself a personal coach. Coaching can be tailored based on your needs. Coaches
The experienced coaches of Runner’s High can help you to develop as a runner. We coach each runner based on their individual level, background and needs. Your training will be tailored to fit your schedule. We are happy to help you to find the exactly right coaching for you.

Personal training
Our personal training service will be designed to fit your individual needs and goals. You can get yourself coaching for a single training session (running technique for example) or for multiple training sessions . Here are some examples what we can offer for your personal training:
- Personal coaching session for running
- Personal coaching session for gym/Planning of a gym programme
- Personal coaching conversation either face to face or by phone. (going through training history, analyzing current training, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, planning training for upcoming season etc.)
You can also combine personal training with individual training programme and testing to get your personal heart rate zones for training.
