Date of delivery

From below you will find our standard dates of delivery for our products. If the product has different date of delivery it is mentioned in the details.

E-mail delivery

Delivery for online purchases takes 1-2 working days. For orders paid by invoice delivery takes 1-5 working days after receiving the payment .

Post package

We will send post packages within 2-5 working days after receiving the order provided that we have the product in stock.

Terms of exchange, return and cancellation

Registration fees, tickets and groceries are non refundable. There is also no possibility to exchange or cancel these purchases. The only exceptions are mentioned below. Our other products (not including personalized products) have 14 days exchange and return policy.

Terms of exchange and cancellation for coaching and running courses

Registration for coaching of Runner’s High can be cancelled free of charge 7 days before the start of the service/course (excluding testing services). After that but before the start of the service/course the purchase can be rescheduled for later start of similar course/coaching/service. In case of transfer the client is obligated to pay the price difference between the original price and possible new price regarding the possible new price is more than the original price was.

Standing orders for coaching services: The first possible time to terminate standing order of online coaching or training group  (Elite, Challenge, Juoksuklubi) is after 12 months. After 12 months the subscription automatically continues based on the previous order unless agreed otherwise. In this case the standing order can be terminated with 1 month notice. Already invoiced instalments must be paid in full. For already paid period cancellations can be made under these terms. It is possible to negotiate about transferring the already paid amount to other services provided by  Runner’s High.

Quitting coaching subscription for health related reasons: It is possible to put your standing order on hold for health related reasons (medical certificate needed). Fixed-term subscriptions cannot be put on hold.

Terms of exchange and cancellation for testing services

You can cancel your test free of charge by cancelling the test at least 10 days before the date. If you cancel at least 5 days before you will have to pay 30% of the price of the test and 50% of the price of the test if you cancel 24 hours before the test.  If you cancel the test during the last 24 hours before the test you will have to pay the full price. In case of sudden illness test can be postponed to another free time on our testing services booking by canceling at least 2 hours before the test. In this case you will only have to pay 10 euros for rescheduling the test. This will be added to the original payment. Medical certificate needed.

Terms of exchange and cancellation for running events

Registration for Runner’s High’s event is compulsory and the deal begins the moment you register yourself for our event. Registration cannot be cancelled and registration fee will not be returned under any circumstances. You may transfer your entry to following year or to another Runner’s High’s event by paying transfer fee (medical certificate needed). For more detailed information about transfer and transfer fee can be found on the site of each event.
